THE BASICS

For the no-frills couples, we have our basic minimum package for up to 100 guests for $2500 and $10 per additional guest.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Who Provides the Alcohol?

We are a dry hire, which means we are allowed to provide everything except the alcohol.  

We create you a shopping list for alcohol to purchase, you go on the ABC website and create an order and pay for it, and we pick up the order for you and bring it to the event.  This not only saves you TONS of money (imagine paying bar or restaurant prices for each of your guests drinks, yikes!!), it also gives you control on the types of liquors and alcohol brands and price points you like, and you’re able to return most unopened alcohol, depending on the individual store policy.  We can either leave the alcohol at the venue at the end of the night, or we can bring it with us and arrange to bring it to you at a later date. 

2. How much am I going to spend on alcohol?

For 100 guests, most couples spend anywhere from $1000 to $1500, but it can be more or less depending on the brands you choose or where you purchase the alcohol.

3. Do you have insurance?

Yes! We carry $2 million in liquor liability and general liability coverage through Canopy Insurance, Policy # PK810225-GLLL216202 and will send you a copy upon booking. We require each of our bartenders to carry liquor liability insurance and complete full training and certification as well.

4. Can we have a cash bar?

No, because we do not have a liquor license, we are not allowed to sell any alcohol. We suggest having a stock-the-bar party once we give you a shopping list!

5. Do you provide glassware?

Yes! We provide champagne and coupe glasses with our champagne cart packages. All packages include compostable plastic cups.

6. Do you serve anyone under 21 years old?

While we are confined to our laws and cannot serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 and reserve the right to ID anyone we feel may not be of age, as well as the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone we deem too intoxicated. We do offer delicious mocktail options and non-alcoholic beverages. Rest assured that your sober guests will still have as many beautiful drink options as anyone else.

7. Do you only offer packages? What if I just want a bartender and I provide everything else?

Yes, we only offer all-inclusive packages and pricing, and for good reason. Early on, we used to provide a shopping list for anything that the host said they would provide, and we figured out quickly that the host would end up not able to get everything to the venue in time, have tons of extra mixers they’d never use, the wrong product, way too little ice, just a lot of things that were going wrong or forgotten because let’s face it, you as the couple have A LOT going on. Our all-inclusive packages make it so that no detail is missed, and that your event runs smoothly. Why pay for a bar service if you’re going to make all that extra work for yourself? Let us handle the details, you just have fun!
