We include everything that you need for your wedding day for bar and beverage service, from cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, coffee station, champagne service and everything in-between! SoFlo Pours is here to make your wedding day as easy as possible because we know that you have enough to worry about when it comes to planning a wedding.
SoFlo Pours is a full beverage wedding bartending service, and every package includes planning, hundreds of pounds of ice, venue coordination, insurance, bar rental, alcohol pickup, premium garnishes everything that you need for top to bottom wedding bartending and beverage service. We like to say that our prices are what they are because we make it so that you don’t have to lift a finger, only your glass!
Wedding Bartending Packages:
Our Wedding Bartender Package and Beverage Service is $2500 and Includes:
-2 bartenders plus an assistant
–Wedding Beverage Service Personal Planning Assistant to coordinate with your venue and planner so that we know that we are exactly where we need to be exactly when we need to be there.
-Serves up to 100 guests ($10 per additional guest over 100)
-Full beverage service, includes cocktail hour and reception service
-Luxury custom bar rental, delivery, setup and breakdown for both cocktail and reception (up to 2 setups are included, one for cocktail and a separate setup for reception)
-Custom His & Hers Signature Drinks
-A scheduled tasting for you and your future spouse (If you’re local!) so that we can meet in person and you can pick out your signature drinks, my favorite part of a wedding!!
-Luxury plastic cups for cocktail hour, plastic cups for reception (Glasses or luxury plastic cups all night are available for an upcharge)
–Ice, Mixers, Nonalcoholic Beverages
-Specialty garnishes, edible flowers and herbs
-Drinks and cups with LIDS for children
–Coffee Station and Infused Water Station
-Shopping list for alcohol and alcohol pickup and delivery to venue included.
Small Wedding Packages
We understand that smaller weddings under 50 guests have different needs and timelines than larger weddings, and so we have tailored two packages for smaller backyard weddings. We still deliver the same incredible service and package, just on a smaller scale!
Short and Sweet Wedding Package
-Starts at $1500
-Luxury Reception Bar rental, delivery, setup and service only, up to 4 hours of service
–1 bartender + assistant/bartender, both fully licensed and insured
–Wedding beverage service personal planning assistant to coordinate with you, your venue and your planner
-Up to 50 guests, add $10 per additional guest up to 75 guests.
-2 Signature Drinks, Mocktails, and all beverages included
-Infused water station, edible flowers premium garnishes
-Cups, napkins, agave straws
–Ice
Small Wedding
Package
–Starts at $2000
-Luxury bar rental and delivery, setup and breakdown for cocktail hour and reception, up to 6 hours of service
-1 bartender + assistant/bartender both fully licensed and insured
–Wedding beverage service personal planning assistant to coordinate with you, your venue and your planner
-Up to 50 guests, add $10 per guest per additional guest up to 75 guests.
